    BlueStone is different because we offer you an exquisite range of fine jewellery designs from India and a unique and hassle free online shopping experience that you're sure to enjoy.
  • Where is BlueStone located?
    We are located in Bangalore, the Garden City, once a pensioner's paradise now 'The Silicon Valley of India'. We design and manufacture all our jewellery in India.
  • Where is your jewellery made?
    All our jewellery are manufactured in India.
  • Does BlueStone have a catalog?
    No, we don't have a print catalog as of now.
  • Do you offer any additional discounts?
    No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most stores. Our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.
  • Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?
    You may contact our Customer Delight team at 18004190066 or cs@bluestone.com and they will help you with a customized gift card. Our discount vouchers or gift certificates are not applicable on Coins.
  • I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?
    It might so happen that we discontinue certain pieces or relocate it to some other page. However, we will try our best and make it available for you. Contact BlueStone Customer Delight team.
 
Delivery
  • How much does it cost me to have a BlueStone product delivered to my home?
    BlueStone provides free shipping on all items within India.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days. The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it takes us 2 to 19 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.

    Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

  • How will the delivery be done?
    We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. 
  • How safe is my product?
    Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Bluedart for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
  • Does BlueStone deliver internationally?
    Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.
  • Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?
    Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Delight team at 18004190066 for assistance.

    For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

Returns and Exchanges
  • What is your Money Back Policy?
    Our 30-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the date of delivery. Yes, it's that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.

    This is, however, applicable for orders within India only.
  • Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?
    No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.
  • Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?
    We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money back policy.

    This is, however, applicable for orders within India only.
  • How do I return the product to BlueStone within 30days?
    1. Select the item in your order that you want to return from here
    2. Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.
      1. If the product value is less than Rs. 35,000, then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup
      2. If the product value is Rs. 35,000 or above and a BlueStone employee is picking the product, then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup
      3. If the product value is Rs. 35,000 or above and if the return pickup has been arranged via one of our 3rd party logistics partners; first you will receive a tamper-proof packet from us. Please secure your jewellery in it and seal it before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. We will arrange for the pickup once you have received the tamper-proof packet. On the date when the pickup is scheduled, please hand over the packet with the product to the person.
    3. Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)
    4. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your BlueStone account in 2-3 working days after a quality check.
  • What is your Exchange & Buy-back Policy?
    We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from BlueStone, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

  • Can I commission a custom design?
    Please call our Customer Delight team and they will be able to help you. You can customize the gold karatage and the diamond colour-clarity combination online as per your choice.
  • Can I get the jewellery in a different gemstone or metal not offered on BlueStone?
    Please call our Customer Delight team and they will help you with possible choices.
  • Do pendants come with the chain?
    Yes, we do have a selection of chains to offer you. After you select a pendant, click on 'Buy Now'. This will take you to the shopping bag, where details of your pendant will be given along with an option to browse for chains. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.

    After selecting your pendant, please click on "BUY NOW" and then browse for an 18Kt Yellow or White gold chain
  • Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?
    No, our apologies as of now we do not accept orders for custom sizes.
  • What if I don't know the ring size?
    We have a complimentary plastic ring sizer that we'd be happy to send across to you. We'd love to help you get your ring size it right the first time!

    This service is applicable on orders within India only.
  • Do you carry a specific style/gem?
    You can use the drop down menus in our top navigation bar to browse by piece type or by gem. We also have very powerful text search. Just type what you are looking for in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You can find colors, styles, and price ranges this way also.
  • Does BlueStone sell Conflict Free diamonds?
    Rest assured, BlueStone.com uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide recognized Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).To know more about Conflict free diamonds.
  • What will my packing be like?
    Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive BlueStone gift boxes.
  • Is my jewellery authentic and certified?
    All diamond and gemstone jewellery bought from BlueStone.com is certified by SGL, IGI, GIA or HKD and all gold jewellery bought from BlueStone.com is BIS hallmarked, some of the most respected and trusted diamond grading bodies in the world
  • I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?
    Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

    For delivery outside India, we will be charging an additional 20 USD as shipping charges.
  • Can I re-size my Ring?
    Incase your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 30 days of shipping date.

    Currently, this service is available for orders within India only.

  • What is your return policy for solitaires?
    For purchases within India, we have a 30-Day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy that is meant to give you sufficient time to make sure that your purchase is perfect. If, for any reason, you feel the need to return your solitaire, we will be happy to provide you a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note that this is subject to a value limit of Rs. 5,00,000/- in case of solitaires.

    We also offer you a Lifetime Buy Back Policy on Solitaires wherein you may sell your solitaire back to us for 80% of its current market value. This is subject to a value limit of Rs. 5,00,000 /- for solitaires.

    Please note that Solitaire Diamonds can also be exchanged with any other BlueStone product or solitaire at 90% of its current market value. This is, however, subject to a value limit of Rs. 5,00,000 /-
  • How do I return it?
    You may contact us via mail, phone or chat and we will be happy to courier a BlueStone tamper proof package to you. Please secure your solitaire in this package, along with the original packing material and certificate. Once you have the package ready, contact us and we will have it picked up from you through courier service.

    We will refund the money to your bank account or credit card once we have received the solitaire. Please note that in case of an exchange, you will receive BlueCredits in your BlueStone account. These credits can be used to purchase Jewellery available on our website (except coins and Solitaires)

    BlueStone offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking and cash on delivery.

  • Are there any hidden costs?
    There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.
  • Are prices on BlueStone.com subject to change?
    Prices on BlueStone.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the BlueStone merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase
  • How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
    We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

  • How long will it take to get refunds, if any?
    The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer delight team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.
 
After Purchase Questions
  • Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?
    All sales prices are final and BlueStone does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
  • What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?
    We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.
  • What if there is a problem with my purchase?
    If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days, we have a 30-day No questions asked Money Back Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.
  • Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?
    Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 day money back and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

    We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from BlueStone, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged for its current market value, with deductions towards making charges.

    This means your product's current value of gold, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website.

    If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.
  • Lifetime Exchange
    The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your BlueStone account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
  • Lifetime Buy-Back
    If you choose to return the product, we will refund 90% of the total amount, with deductions towards making charges and discounts. Payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

    Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than BlueStone shall not be accepted for return.

Gift card
  • What are terms and conditions of BlueStone Gift Card programme?

    1. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
    2. Any balance amount left in a used gift card can be reused within the validity period.
    3. Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction. You may combine Gift Card(s) with any other payment type.
    4. Gift card brought on the website is valid for all products available on www.bluestone.com.
    5. To redeem this gift card on www.bluestone.com, please use the Gift Card option on the payment page and enter the above card number and card pin while placing the order. Any balance amount left on the used gift card can be reused within the validity period.
    6. For the return of products purchased using gift cards, the money returned will be credited back to the gift card.
    7. BlueStone is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
    8. The gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash.
    9. BlueStone is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. Products and services are subject to availability.

  • What's the Big Gold Upgrade?
    The Big Gold Upgrade is a limited-time offer by BlueStone Jewellery. The offer upgrades your Old Gold jewellery to a higher caratage and value.
  • Where can I avail the Big Gold Upgrade?
    You can avail it across our stores across 70+ cities.
  • What qualifies as Old Gold jewellery in the Big Gold Upgrade?
    Your Old Gold must be plain gold jewellery, biscuits, bars, or coins. In case your jewellery is diamond or gemstone-studded, then the stones will be detached and handed over to you prior to melting.
  • Are there any restrictions on how much Old Gold I can exchange?
    You may avail the Big Gold Upgrade benefit up to a limit of 10 grams (in gross weight) in a year, starting the day your first avail the offer. For any gold exchange exceeding 10 grams within a year, BlueStone will provide a benefit of 2% over the current market gold rate.
  • What is the process to avail the Big Gold Upgrade?
    Visit a store with your Old Gold jewellery. At the store, the Old Gold's purity will be assessed, for which the customer must consent to the cutting/melting of the products. BlueStone's Karatmeters will generate the purity reading. Once all involved parties agree on purity, weight and valuation, the offered value against the Old Gold jewellery will be credited to your OTP-verified BlueStone account in the form of Blue Credits.
  • How will the value of the exchanged gold be given to me?
    The offered value against the Old Gold jewellery will be credited to your OTP-verified BlueStone account in the form of Blue Credits. Your Blue Credits are valid at most for one year (365 days) from the day you receive the same.
  • Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase with the Blue Credits received during the Big Gold Upgrade?
    You may use the Blue Credits to purchase any jewellery from our range, with the exception of Gold Coins and customised solitaires.
  • Can I avail the ongoing offers when I purchase new jewellery with Blue Credits?
    Yes, you can avail the best price as per our ongoing offers at the time of purchase.
  • Is there any benefit for customers bringing in 24Kt Old Gold jewellery?
    For 24Kt Old Gold exchange, BlueStone will provide a benefit of 2% over the current market gold rate to you.
  • What are the documents I need to avail the Big Gold Upgrade?
    PAN Card is mandatory for Big Gold Upgrade/Old Gold Exchange. The name on the PAN Card should match the customer's name. The 10-gram limit will be applicable against each unique PAN Card number.
  • Can I return any product bought with Big Gold Upgrade?
    Any product bought with the Big Gold Upgrade is eligible for Lifetime Exchange and Buyback as well as 30 Day Free Returns. These benefits will be applicable as per BlueStone's standard terms.

Gold Mine 10+1 Plan
  • Enrollment
  • What is Gold Mine 10+1 Plan?

    Our Gold Mine 10+1 Plan is a savings plan, where you first save for 10 months and then make your purchase in the 11th month. You pay equal installments for 10 months and get 100% off on the 11th month installment. We also offer you a 25% off on the 1st installment. Which means you effectively get 1.25 installments out of the 11 installments from us - a 11.36% discount on any jewellery purchase with us.

    You need to make a total of 10 monthly installment payments on time. You can view your passbook, payments made and all other plan related details at https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory

    After you make all the 10 installment payments on time, your plan will be auto-redeemed with the discounts against a voucher on the maturity date, which is the 11th installment date and a voucher will be issued to you via email and SMS. You can use this voucher to purchase Diamond studded, Gemstone studded, Plain Gold jewellery or Preset Solitaire jewellery online or at any of our stores. Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher amount cannot be used for purchasing Coins or Solitaires.

  • Is Gold Mine 10+1 Plan same as an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment)?
    No. Our Gold Mine 10+1 Plan is a savings plan, where you first save for 10 months and then make a purchase in the future after the completion of the 11-month plan.
  • Who is a Nominee? Who can I nominate?
    In the event of the death of the account holder, the person who was nominated by the account holder at the time of enrollment can utilize the plan. Nominee relationship can be Spouse, Father, Mother, Son or Daughter. Minors cannot be nominated.
  • How to enroll for Gold Mine 10+1 Plan?
    You can enroll for a Gold Mine 10+1 Plan either at our store or online. Here's a step-by-step guide to enroll online:
    1. Please click on the "10+1 Monthly Plan" on our App or Website.
    2. Enter the monthly installment amount you would like to pay regularly, and then click on "Start Now".
    3. Please enter your personal and nominee details.
    4. Choose your preferred payment mode and proceed to make the payment.
    5. Once the payment is successful, you will have started your Gold Mine 10+1 Plan and a Plan ID will be generated for you.
    6. An email confirming the enrollment in the plan with complete details will be sent to you.
  • Where can I find my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan details after enrollment? What is Gold Mine 10+1 Plan passbook and how do I access it?

    Each Gold Mine 10+1 Plan comes with a plan ID and an online passbook. You can view the installment amount, due date and payments made in your online passbook. Once the plan is redeemed, you can view your voucher code, voucher validity and voucher used amount here.

    Here are the steps to access your Gold Mine 10+1 Plan online:
    Go to https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory

    Login using the email ID or the contact number used to start the plan and navigate to the My Account section and select the "My Gold Mine 10+1 Plan" section

    Login to your account and click on "Gold Mine 10+1 Monthly Plan" or "10+1 Monthly Plan" and scroll down to view your passbook(s).

  • What is the minimum and maximum amount for Gold Mine 10+1 Plan enrollment?
    The minimum amount is INR 1,000/- and the maximum amount is INR 9,99,900/-
  • Can I change the installment amount after Enrollment?
    No, you cannot change the amount after starting the Plan.
  • Do I have to choose / block the product upfront?

  • Can I block the current offer on the particular product I have chosen when I start the plan?
    You cannot block the current offer on the product when you start the plan. However, you will get the offer that runs on the product at the time of purchase.
  • Can I block the current gold rate when I start the plan?
    You cannot block the current gold rate when you start the plan.
  • Can I cancel/refund the Gold Mine 10+1 Plan?
    Gold Mine 10+1 Plan has no cancellation/refund policy. You can use the amount paid / voucher make a jewellery purchase (except coins or solitaires).
  • Can I pay all the installments together and get a benefit?
    While you can make all the installment payments together, the plan benefits will only be issued on the plan maturity date, which is the 11th installment date.
  • Can I start multiple plans at a time?
    Yes, you can start multiple plans at a time.
  • Can I continue my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan after 11 months?
    Gold Mine 10+1 Plan is for 10+1 installment and 10+1 months. On the maturity date; which is the 11th installment date, your plan will be auto redeemed and a voucher will be issued. A plan cannot be continued after 11 months.
  • Can I change the Nominee after enrollment ?
    Yes. Nominee can be changed after enrollment. Please email a valid Government photo ID proof of the plan holder and the new nominee from the registered email ID to cs@bluestone.com.

  • Now that I have enrolled, how and when should I make future payments?
    You can access your plan details (installment amount, due dates and payments made) on the online passbook (https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory). This provides the due dates against each installment. The payment cycle for the next installment will be 1 month from the previous. Please click on "Pay Now" against the installment you need to pay for and proceed.
  • How many payments have I made against my plan?
    You can access your plan details (installment amount, due dates and payments made) on the online passbook (https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory).
  • Will I get a receipt / confirmation / online passbook after starting the Plan and after every installment?
    Yes, you will receive the confirmation via Email. You can access these details (installment amount, due dates and payments made) on the online passbook (https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory). Once the plan is redeemed, you can view your voucher code, voucher validity and voucher used amount here
  • What are the payment options available?
    We offer multiple payment options: UPI, Net banking, Credit & Debit Cards. Payments can also be made at any of our stores.
  • How can I see my payment status?

  • Will I get a payment reminder / payment alert every month?
    Yes, you will get reminders on your registered email ID and mobile before the monthly due date.
  • How do I know if my payment has been credited to my Gold Mine Account?

    You can check the payment details on the online passbook (https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory). You will also receive a payment success email if the payment is successfully credited to your Gold Mine plan.

    If the amount is not debited from your account/card, please make the payment again. If the amount is debited from your account/card, please wait for 24 hours. If we receive the payment, the amount will be auto adjusted towards your plan in these 24 hours. Incase the amount was debited and not adjusted in 24 hours, please email cs@bluestone.com with the payment details (registered email ID, payment mode, account number, etc.).

  • What happens if my payment fails?

    If the amount is not debited from your account/card, please make the payment again. If the amount is debited from your account/card, please wait for 24 hours. If we receive the payment, the amount will be auto adjusted towards your plan in these 24 hours. Incase the amount was debited and not adjusted in 24 hours, please email cs@bluestone.com with the payment details (registered email ID, payment mode, account number, etc.).

  • Can I opt for auto debit against every month installment

    Sorry, currently, we do not offer an auto-debit feature for Gold Mine 10+1 Plan installment payments.

  • Can I change my monthly installment due date ?

    Once the plan is created, there is no option to change the monthly installment due date later.

  • What happens if a payment has been delayed?

    You will not be eligible for any discount if you miss paying more than 2 installments within the due date.

  • Redemption
  • How can I redeem my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan?

    Your Gold Mine 10+1 Plan will be auto redeemed on the maturity date and a voucher will be issued to you on via email and SMS. You can use this voucher to place an order with us.

    In case you wish to redeem the plan early; the redemption option is available on your passbook page, after 6 months which will only be issued after an OTP verification.

  • How can I use the Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher to place an order after redemption?

    Please add your voucher code under the "I have a voucher code / gift card" section after adding jewellery to your cart page. After an OTP validation, the voucher will be applied on your order.

  • What is the validity of my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher? What happens if it is not used in the validity period?

    Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher is valid for 7 months from the date of voucher creation. You are required to use it completely within the validity period.

  • Can I use the Gold mine voucher partially?

    Yes; Gold Mine 10+1 Plan vouchers can be used partially. However the complete amount should be utilized within the validity date.

  • Where can I see the Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher and balance?

    You can access your Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher details (voucher code, amount, validity) on the online passbook (https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory).

  • What can I buy?

    You can purchase Diamond studded, Gemstone studded, Plain Gold jewellery or Preset Solitaire jewellery online or at any of our stores. Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher amount cannot be used for purchasing Coins or Solitaires.

  • Where can I buy?

    You can make a purchase at any of our stores or you can place an order online by using your Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher.

  • Can I redeem my plan and purchase before 11 months?

    Yes, you can redeem your plan before 11 months. However, you are eligible for discounts from the 6th month onwards and after 5 installment are paid on time. You are not eligible for any discount (including 1st installment discount) if you pay less than 5 installments or make more than 2 late payments. Please refer the table under T&Cs for details.

  • Can I get any other benefits?

    In addition to the discounts added to your Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher, you can also avail the existing discounts on jewellery that we run periodically. The voucher can be clubbed with other vouchers and gift card that you may have, based on their Terms and Conditions.

  • I redeemed Gold Mine 10+1 Plan by mistake; can I reactivate it?

    Sorry; once the Gold Mine 10+1 Plan is redeemed; it cannot be reactivated.

  • Can the validity of my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher be extended?

    Under exceptional circumstances, the voucher validity can be extended for an additional 7 days.

  • Can I club my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher with another Gold Min 10+1 Plan voucher?

    If the vouchers are from the same BlueStone account, you can club multiple Gold Mine 10+1 Plan vouchers against a single purchase simultaneously. Vouchers from plans registered under different BlueStone accounts cannot be clubbed.

  • Can I use the voucher on customized product?

    Yes; Gold Mine 10+1 Plan vouchers an be used against customized product purchase. Except Coins and Solitaires.

  • What happens if I return the order purchased using my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher under the 30-day money back policy?

    30-day money back policy is applicable for jewellery orders. The used voucher amount will be refunded back to the same Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher. You can see the updated balance at https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory. You can use the updated balance for another purchase within the validity period.

  • Can I start a new plan with the Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher?

    Your voucher can only be used to place an order for jewellery (no coins or solitaires). A new plan can not be enrolled with the voucher.
